Fly Tying
Saturday, June 21 from 10am to 2pm
Ever wanted to learn to tie your own flies? Then use them to catch fish?
Fair Hill Nature Center will be hosting a fly tying class and casting lesson on their grounds. Materials and equipment will be supplied by the instructors. Participants should bring a sense of wonder and a desire to learn... and yes, to catch fish. Take home your very own flies, we look forward to creating some new fly fishers!"
Bring a snack or lunch with you for a schedule break. An individual up-to-date fishing license is required for the fishing portion. Ages 12+, registration is limited. (20 spots total)

Volunteer Saturday
1st Saturday of Every Month
The first Saturday of each month, we invite the community to volunteer their time at the Nature Center. Duties include: organizing the barn, cleaning the building, windows, and bathrooms, mulching garden beds, picking up sticks and raking leaves and general animal care.
