Private Events

Looking for a place for a birthday party, baby shower, or even a meeting? The Fair Hill Nature Center has space in our conference room, and outdoor pavilion for gatherings large or small! Email us or call 410-398-4909 for more information.

Birthday Parties!

Length: 2 Hours
Cost: $300 for non-members, $250 for members
Group Size: 10–20 children, additional $100 fee for 21–40 children
Availability: Saturdays & Sundays between 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

What’s Included:

Venue Access: Choose between our conference room or pavilion for your setup. While the Nature Center remains open to the public during weekend hours, your reserved space will be private for your party.
1-Hour Educator-Led Program: Choose two of the following activities:
- Guided hike
- Stream exploration with dip nets
- Meadow exploration with insect nets
- Educational animal room tour
- Creative craft
- Hands-on educational activity
1 Hour of Free Time: Enjoy access to our building and grounds for exploration and play.

PAVILION RENTAL

Our spacious 20’ x 40’ pavilion is available for public rental and includes electricity and ceiling fans for comfort.

Cost: $50 per hour
Member Discount: 10% off
Availability: Saturdays & Sundays between 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Weekdays after 4:00 PM.

Please note:

Invoices must be paid 30 days after issuing
In the event of a weather-related cancellation, a $50 non-refundable fee applies.
We follow a “Carry-in, Carry-out” policy. Hosts are responsible for setup, cleanup, and removing all trash at the conclusion of the party.
