Many Hands Make Light Work--
and a Successful Program

Many volunteers helped to make last fall's campfire and hayride a wonderful success. Over 40 people attended and two joined us as new members! The Nature Center Board of Directors and staff thank those who gave their time, energy and materials to ensure that everyone had a great time:

JoAnn and Ted Dawson for hosting the hayride; Bill Preske and Larry Klevans for donating firewood; Jim Wilkins and family, Doug Hill, Bob Carroll and Larry Klevans for firebuilding and all around help; Alex Hill for "catching the moment" on video, Suzan Doordan and Barb Snyder for decorating the Nature Center and preparing refreshments; Karen Neusic for designing our program flyer; Jerry Newman for painting the conference room and much more (he's still painting!); Lisa Wilkins and Erlene Michener for hot dog detail and Erlene for poster art; Holly Hannum for grocery shopping; Dennis Clower and Mario Gangemi for general support.

Congratulations to Jerry Newman and Suzan Doordan! They each received special recognition at the second annual Fox Trot Ball for their dedicated volunteer service as Board members of the Fair Hill Environmental Foundation and for their contributions to the Fair Hill Nature Center.

Spring programs will begin in March. Join the fun, bring a friend, or consider volunteering--one of the best ways to enjoy nature is to share it with others! Contact the Nature Center for more information on volunteering.
