New
McKeown print to be unveiled
at the Fox Trot BaII
The Nature Center is pleased to announce that a new painting by award-winning local artist Geraldine McKeown will be shown for the first time at the Fox Trot Ball. "Winter on the Big Elk Creek" depicts a winter sunset with the covered bridge in the background. Details include wildlife commonly seen at Fair Hill. Ms. McKeown has produced a limited edition of 500 signed and numbered prints which will be available for purchase at the Fox Trot Ball for $75. Twenty percent of each sale of the print through December 31 will be donated to the Nature Center. Prints may be purchased after the Fox Trot Ball at the Nature Center through Thanksgiving, and at Ms. McKeown's Gallery on the Canal in Chesapeake City.
