Old Business:

We could advertise this and get substantial revenue from it with little cost to FHNC
What are the benefits of being a Business Member? This needs to be defined by the Board.
Current donor language: “Patron” and “Benefactor” --These donors are not defined and have no clear benefits defined in the bylaws. The Board needs to define requirements to meet these designations and define the benefits of being each.

Board posts are scheduled to end between the April and May Board meetings. (The Secretary thinks this may correspond directly with Earth Day since that is when the FHNC was created.)
We are currently off of the Fiscal Year directed by the bylaws. The Board may vote to amend the bylaws or we need to switch our accounting.
Mario will prepare suggested amendments to the bylaws and recommend any changes to current operating procedures and present them to the Board once he has completed his Bylaw review.
